About Us
YAYLA Sünger & Malzemecilik is a rebonded foam and pocket spring manufacturer in Hacılar, Kayseri, Türkiye, founded in 2021. It sells business-to-business only — there is no retail counter and no online shop — and supplies mattress and furniture makers, packaging converters, and contractors who specify foam into floors and building work.
Four products carry the business, and they divide in two. Rebonded foam, sold in the Turkish market as bondex or granür, and pocket spring units are manufactured on site, in a production area of over 6,000 m² at a stated daily capacity of over 310 m³. Felt and roll foam are not made here: they are bought from other producers and supplied alongside the two that are. Which product falls on which side is stated on every product page, not left to be found out after an order.
Our Mission
That every specification we declare can be verified by the buyer. Density is checked by weighing, the cut face by eye; a value we cannot support is not published.
Our Vision
To bring the two main components of a mattress core — rebonded foam and pocket springs — into a single supply line, so a manufacturer does not need two suppliers for them.
