Production Capabilities
YAYLA Sünger & Malzemecilik operates a production area of over 6,000 m² in Hacılar, Kayseri, Türkiye, at a stated daily capacity of over 310 m³, and has manufactured here since 2021.
Two of the four products in the range are made on this site: rebonded foam, in DNS 50 and DNS 60, supplied as block or cut to size; and pocket spring units, across a 500–1200 coil count range. The other two, felt and roll foam, are sourced from other producers and supplied rather than made here.
The four figures below are what the company publishes about the plant. Anything beyond them — a machine list, a shift pattern, an output figure for one product — is worth asking for rather than inferring.
Shredding and Pressing
Reclaimed foam offcuts are pressed into a block under heat and pressure. The density is mechanical rather than chemical: it follows from how much material went into the block.
Resting and Slicing
Blocks leave the mould hot and still curing, and are rested before slicing. Sheet thickness holding constant end to end depends on it.
Coiling and Pocketing
Pocket spring units are coiled across a 500–1200 count range and pocketed individually; roll-pack shipping is available on request.
