Legal Notice and Privacy

Nothing is collected through the site itself. There is no form to submit, no account to create and no field to type into. Contact happens the way the contact page describes it — by email, telephone or WhatsApp — and every one of those is started by the visitor, in a client of their own choosing.

Where someone does write in, what is held is what they sent: their message and whatever address or number it arrived on. It is kept for as long as the enquiry it belongs to is live, and used only to answer it.

Two, and both are visible in the page source. Every page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on the device; Cloudflare receives the request and, with it, the IP address the request came from.

The contact page also embeds a Google Maps view of the plant. That frame is loaded from google.com, so opening the contact page sends Google a request from the browser, again carrying the IP address. No other page on this site embeds it, and no map is loaded until the contact page is opened.

There is no advertising network, no social tracking pixel and no consent banner, because nothing here sets a cookie that would need consent.

The web server that answers these pages keeps ordinary access logs — the address requested, the time, the IP the request came from and the browser's user agent. They exist to run and secure the site and are held by the hosting provider on its own retention schedule. The provider is named on request.

Anyone may ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and the request goes to the email address above. This applies under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for readers in the EU, under the GDPR.

If a request cannot be answered — because nothing is held, for instance — that answer comes back too, rather than silence.
