Felt supply with roll and sheet options
Felt is a fabric formed by mechanically interlocking fibres rather than weaving them; in a mattress it sits between the spring unit and the foam, lifting load off the individual coil ends and spreading it across a wide surface, and stopping the foam above from settling into the springs. YAYLA Sünger & Malzemecilik supplies felt in two variants: standard felt, and thermobonded felt — Termowat — whose fibres are bonded by heat, which gives a cleaner cut edge. It comes as roll or as sheet. Felt is not made here: unlike rebonded foam and pocket springs, it is bought from other producers and supplied. Thickness is not fixed to a published list, so state the thickness your layer needs and ask for the current options in writing.
