Rebonded foam production with density and size options
YAYLA Sünger & Malzemecilik manufactures high-density rebonded foam at its own plant in Hacılar, Kayseri, by pressing reclaimed foam particles under high pressure and heat. It is supplied as block or cut to size, in DNS 50 and DNS 60, with custom sizing on request. Rebonded foam is also known as bonded foam, and in the Turkish market as bondex or granür.
